Processing of personal data
We process the information, including personal data, provided in your application and CV for the purpose of evaluating your application and CV. The basis for our processing of your personal data is your request for our processing of your application and CV prior to the possible conclusion of an employment contract (Article 6(1)(B) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
As part of our evaluation, the position in question may require you to complete a personality test or that we obtain references from former or current employers. This is only done if you consent to this (cf. Article 6(1)(B) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Results from personality tests will be deleted when the evaluation process is completed - unless you obtain employment with MI Support A/S.
We recommend that your application does not contain sensitive information such as social security number, ethnic background, sexuality, religion, health information etc.

If you are offered a position at MI Support A/S, your application and the personal data collected in connection with the employment will become part of your personnel file.
If you are not offered a position at MI Support A/S, we will store your application and any additional personal data collected in connection with the recruitment process for a period of 6 months.
If you upload an unsolicited application or CV to our CV bank, your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months.
