Scheduling is an important part of our work. We always take the individual project and its phases as a starting point when creating a schedule for e.g. a construction project.

We use the latest software and have several scheduling specialists who create plans down to the smallest detail.

At MI Support, we can handle all or part of the project finances.

Throughout the process, our controllers work closely with either the project manager, construction manager or both. Controlling gives the client an overview of the project's progress and finances.

At MI Support, we have many years of experience and our construction and project managers can handle all stages of the construction process. Our consultants can handle the management of all phases of the project - from concept to handover - and we specialize in buildings, laboratories and offices.
