\n\"I'm a chaos pilot. I've always been like that. I like that there's always something to keep track of and there can be a little pressure sometimes.\"

So says 27-year-old Daniel Aghdami, who works as a Construction Leader at MI Support.

On a day-to-day basis, Daniel is involved in everything from safety rounds and supervision to scheduling and coordinating the many different activities on the project he is part of in collaboration with Nordika.

\"A good day for me is when the phone rings a little and you can solve a lot of challenges,\" he explains.

With an educational background as a construction coordinator, Daniel is good at \"making the puzzle come together\" when challenges arise on site. Even when things have to move fast, as they sometimes do on complex construction projects.\n<\/div>
\nA passion for unorthodox building\n<\/div>
\nBeing professionally challenged is one of the main drivers of Daniel's motivation.
He has previously worked at New Hospital North Zealand, where he had an operating room as a project. A \"spicy\" but nonetheless exciting task.

\"I actually prefer when there are some aggravating circumstances and you have to familiarize yourself with the rules,\" he explains. \"For example, I'm very interested in law and like to read up on it - I can also be a bit nerdy with numbers.\"

Daniel has also always had a dream of working on some of the really big and unorthodox construction projects.

\"A former colleague told me about MI Support and I sent in an application back in July,\" he says. \"Now I've been here for four months and have settled in really well.\"\n<\/div>
\nGood communication makes for happy colleagues\n<\/div>
\nWhat sets Daniel and his way of working apart is his communication skills.

\"I try to formulate myself so that there is as little noise as possible in between. This means that the message is often received in the same way as it is sent.\"

At the same time, Daniel has a personal interest in and knowledge of psychology and body language, which he naturally applies in everyday life.

\"The first thing I do when I meet people - whether at work or in private - is to analyze their behavior and motivation. From there, I organize the communication.\"

This way, Daniel often finds himself greeted with a smile among the many different people on his project.

\"So I have no doubt that it's a super effective approach.\"\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>
